What is Wonder Root Lab?
We offer a unique gathering space in a farm setting that inspires each person to wonder and explore topics of food security, materials reuse, and other subjects advancing sustainability. This can be in the context of art, food, fabrics, weeding, cooking, music, or books… We name it, you name it, we’ll make it happen.
Classes
We offer classes on food waste cooking, redesigning clothing, regrowing vegetables, repurposing found furniture, and many other topics related to sustainability.
Initiatives
We have put several of our ‘what if’ ideas into action. Many have opportunities for volunteers to participate. We are always excited to another ‘what if’ solution for sustainability into action - ours or yours.
Community Events
Our one day events are uniquely enjoyable. We create happenings in our farm setting that are hard to find anywhere else.
